• Starting from April 1, 2023.
• Good Importer Pathway “What is good for Europe is good for Israel”: This innovative route, aligned with European standards, does not require direct documentation from the manufacturer. Instead, the importer assumes full responsibility for establishing a comprehensive Quality File. This file includes a risk-management plan, traceability procedures, complaint and adverse event handling, recall protocols, and continuous quality oversight to ensure both product safety and regulatory compliance.
• Starting from January 1, 2025

For both routes, Dr. Sara Tal Ltd. serves as the official Responsible Person (RP) for cosmetic companies, taking the regulatory responsibility for products placed on the Israeli market.
